Schedule / Job Type
- Night shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sleep studies and Polysomnography procedures across multiple units within the facility
- Float between hospital units and nearby affiliate hospitals as needed
- Ensure accurate data collection and troubleshooting of sleep study equipment
- Document patient information and sleep test results in Epic electronic health record system
- Adhere to facility policies, including on-call, holiday coverage, and RTO protocols
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements, including Oregon sleep tech license
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active Oregon Polysomnographer license
- Minimum 1 year of sleep tech or Polysomnography experience
- Ability to perform sleep studies and operate relevant patient monitoring equipment
- Strong documentation skills, experience with Epic preferred
- Reliable transportation for assigned duties and facility proximity within a 50-mile radius
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in acute care or hospital settings
- Familiarity with sleep study protocols and emergency procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of additional medical certifications or technical skills is a plus

Additional Notes
- Candidates must be willing to work three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
- Must include references covering the past 6-12 months during application
- A vehicle is required for this assignment to facilitate facility mobility
- All compliance requirements, including background checks and module completion, must be met prior to assignment start
