- Nights, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive licensed nursing care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, medication administration, and care plans.
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily activities as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Demonstrated nursing skills in long-term or skilled nursing environments.
- Ability to work nights and adapt to shift schedules.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
