Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Conduct follow-up visits, including double-booking when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Ensure all therapy sessions and documentation meet professional standards and clinic policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Alabama.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to float to other clinics within the network if needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Acceptance of first-time travel therapists.
• PTA candidates may be considered.
