Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits
• Work independently with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care and patient outcomes
• Float to other clinics as needed to support team coverage
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (or PTA if applicable)
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Must be eligible to travel as a first-time traveler or new graduate (if applicable)
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and double-book follow-up visits
• Comfortable working in a team environment with flexible float assignments
