Key Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license/certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or temporary therapy assignment.
• Ability to adapt to varied patient needs and treatment environments.
