Job Title

  • MRI Technologist (Block Schedule, First Timer Accepted)

Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, Days, 4x10 Hour Shifts (Monday through Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI scans for various patient cases on GE MRI machines
  • Float between hospital units and affiliate facilities as needed
  • Adhere to hospital protocols, including Epic charting system
  • Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety during imaging procedures
  • Comply with scheduled shift and on-call requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Valid MRI technologist license
  • Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience (or as specified)
  • Experience operating GE MRI machines
  • Ability to work a block schedule (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Vehicle requirement for transportation between facilities
  • Current references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Epic charting experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a critical access hospital setting
  • Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
  • Flexibility to work holidays when scheduled (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
  • Ability to float within the hospital and nearby affiliate facilities
