Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shift, 36-40 hours per week, primarily weekdays with rotating call, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to work earlier or later shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures within the perioperative environment, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
• Prepare operating rooms with the necessary equipment and supplies, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and staff information.
• Operate and troubleshoot surgical equipment, including electronic charting and medication systems.
• Float to other units and departments, including nearby facilities, as needed.
• Work independently during cases and participate in call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Current certification as a CST or equivalent, BLS certification required.
• Proven experience with Total Joint and Robotic surgical procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel ??? 2? ??? candidates preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-specialty operating room, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Pain Management, Spine, and Endoscopy.
