Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, 12 weeks, days shift, 8-hour days, Monday-Friday with every 6th weekend off, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients in an acute care and rehab setting
• Collaborate with the rehab team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately in the Meditech system
• Adapt to floating between acute care and rehab units as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including dress code and safety protocols
• Ensure safe patient handling during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in acute care and rehab settings
• Ability to perform evaluations and treatments on the unit
• Strong documentation skills using Meditech or similar systems
• Flexibility to work across different units within the hospital

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital environment with high-acuity patients
• Familiarity with rehab technology and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
