Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support patient recovery and communication goals through evidence-based therapy techniques.
- Work scheduled days, averaging 4 shifts per week, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Valid license or certification to practice as an SLP.
- Ability to work in a hospital environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care facility.
- Familiarity with pediatric, adult, or neurological speech therapy.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
