Job Title
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
- Alturas, CA
- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff regarding care plans and progress.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being while maintaining compliance with licensing and facility policies.
- Document care activities accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Valid California RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Dependable, organized, and reliable with excellent attendance
- Empathetic, adaptable, and resourceful with a positive attitude
