• Full-time, Day shifts (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, administer medications, and recognize early signs of neonatal distress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital standards.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent Neonatal Level III experience in a hospital setting.
• Valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State RN license.
• Active BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication assessments during orientation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screens as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume NICU environment.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols and neonatal emergency procedures.
• Prior travel or contract nursing experience preferred.
