Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes

• Adhere to all facility policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota or a compact state license

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Prior experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment

• Ability to work rotating shifts as scheduled

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with geriatric or post-acute patient populations

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF settings

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying shift schedules including weekends and holidays
