Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with evidence-based practice standards
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts (permanent license required; compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Completion of any required facility documentation outside of standard clearance processes before starting assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and compliance standards
