Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions aligned with patient goals and plan of care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Ability to work a day shift schedule with a guaranteed 36-hour week
• Commitment to maintaining productivity standards in an outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Comfort working in a high-volume clinical setting with structured scheduling practices
