Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Meet a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions aligned with patient goals and plan of care
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee
- Ability to work a day shift schedule with a guaranteed 36-hour week
- Commitment to maintaining productivity standards in an outpatient environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Comfort working in a high-volume clinical setting with structured scheduling practices
