Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice
- Support the philosophy and goals of the PACU clinical area
- Participate in shared governance and uphold nursing obligations that guide professional practice
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of RN PACU experience required
- Current RN license to practice in Colorado, in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Current Flu Vaccine required – no exemptions accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced acute care or surgical hospital environment
- Strong communication and collaborative skills within multidisciplinary care teams
