Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 48 Hours Per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting within a Short Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center
• Operate within a team nursing model, collaborating with PCCs, RNs, and support staff to manage patient ratios
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotation as needed
• Float between like units and campuses as directed by staffing needs
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including holiday scheduling obligations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) license in full compliance
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty
• At least one completed prior travel nursing assignment
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (strictly enforced)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
