MRI Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday through Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures in a radiology/cardiology setting
- Administer IV starts and contrast agents in accordance with established protocols
- Operate and navigate PACS for image management and distribution
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately within the EPIC system
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all imaging procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification
- Current BLS certification
- Valid Ohio state license (submittals without Ohio license are acceptable for MRI Techs)
- Proficiency in IV starts and contrast administration
- Experience with PACS systems
- Experience documenting within EPIC
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a radiology or cardiology imaging environment
- Familiarity with travel assignment credentialing processes, including state fingerprinting requirements
