Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage (every 3rd weekend)
- Participate in rotating holiday coverage (every 3rd holiday)
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska
- Experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Minimum 8-week assignment commitment
- Ability to fulfill weekend and holiday rotation requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience in LTC/SNF environments
- Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
