MRI Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology

Contract | Nights | Block Schedule: Thursday – Monday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (5x8.5-hour shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging across a high-volume caseload of 35–40 cases per day, supporting both inpatient and outpatient populations including oncology cases
• Conduct imaging studies across a broad range of anatomical areas including brain, spine (cervical, lumbar, thoracic), abdomen, pelvis, chest, and musculoskeletal regions
• Execute advanced and specialized imaging procedures including Perfusion, Spectroscopy, Gradient Echo, Spin Echo, T1 & T2 Weighted Imaging, MIP, Multiplanar Reconstruction, and Image Post-Processing (ADC mapping, subtraction)
• Utilize Surface Coils and perform Fusion (non-brain) imaging as required
• Document patient care and imaging data using EPIC electronic health records
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment and utilize PACS for image management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• ARRT certification (MRI)
• BLS certification
• Valid Ohio State license (submittals without Ohio license are acceptable)
• Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Proficiency with PACS and Siemens MRI equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Care settings
• Background in oncology imaging
• Familiarity with neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal MRI protocols
