MRI Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology

Contract | Nights | Block Schedule: Thursday – Monday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (5x8.5-hour shifts) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging across a high-volume caseload of 35–40 cases per day, supporting both inpatient and outpatient populations including oncology cases
- Conduct imaging studies across a broad range of anatomical areas including brain, spine (cervical, lumbar, thoracic), abdomen, pelvis, chest, and musculoskeletal regions
- Execute advanced and specialized imaging procedures including Perfusion, Spectroscopy, Gradient Echo, Spin Echo, T1 & T2 Weighted Imaging, MIP, Multiplanar Reconstruction, and Image Post-Processing (ADC mapping, subtraction)
- Utilize Surface Coils and perform Fusion (non-brain) imaging as required
- Document patient care and imaging data using EPIC electronic health records
- Operate Siemens MRI equipment and utilize PACS for image management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
- ARRT certification (MRI)
- BLS certification
- Valid Ohio State license (submittals without Ohio license are acceptable)
- Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Proficiency with PACS and Siemens MRI equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Pediatric Acute Care settings
- Background in oncology imaging
- Familiarity with neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal MRI protocols
