Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an assigned patient population, including orthopedic and pelvic health cases
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic scheduling protocols
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment in accordance with professional and facility standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient encounters

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (new graduates will not be considered)
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a high-volume outpatient setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Specialization or advanced training in pelvic health physical therapy
• Experience treating orthopedic patient populations
