Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Delaware or a qualifying compact license (permanent Delaware license must be obtained promptly upon assignment start)
• Prior experience working in a physical therapy clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
• Willingness to complete any facility-specific onboarding documentation prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments
