Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to post-procedural patients in a step-down unit setting
- Monitor and manage Medical/Telemetry patients requiring step-down level care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association only
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Professional nursing certification recognized by the Magnet Association
