Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Start and manage IVs for patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor patient vitals and responses to treatments
• Educate patients on their treatments and self-care instructions
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Use electronic medical record systems for charting and documentation
• Float to lower acuity units as needed, ensuring flexible coverage and patient safety
• Follow hospital policies and procedures to maintain compliance and safety

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license with valid compact or state license at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units
• BCLS and IV certification required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel experience is a plus
• Previous experience working in hospital or acute care settings

Additional Notes

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours
• Shift schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Location: Columbus, Ohio
• Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon signing contract
• Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start date for credentialing and fingerprinting
• RTO (Return to Office) required with submission and built into contract
• References: 2 professional references required, including at least 1 from a manager/director or supervisor
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate; travel candidates must be within driving distance to Ohio for fingerprinting
