Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 4x10-hour shifts with rotating call schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a variety of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics
• Assist surgical teams in a Level III trauma center environment with multiple state-of-the-art surgical suites
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing available robotic platforms
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment throughout procedures
• Participate in a rotating call schedule as required by the department

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license issued by DORA — required; candidates without this credential will not be considered
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT
• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Documented Influenza vaccination — no exemptions accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with robotic surgical systems
• Broad multi-specialty OR experience including General, Eyes, OB-GYN, Brain/Spine, Trauma, Neuro, and Plastics
