Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–16:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required (Fluctuating) | Block Schedules Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Float between units within the facility as well as to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Participate in required orientation modules and annual training as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (may submit with license pending)
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates considered at an adjusted rate)
- Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
- Must be willing to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a short-term acute care or teaching hospital environment
- Experience floating across multiple units or facilities
