Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in accordance with unit standards
• Float to other units within the facility based on patient census and staffing needs
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility compliance, scheduling, and float policies as outlined in the assignment contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records (required prior to start)
• Must have a personal vehicle available for this assignment
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or emergency room environment
• Comfort with floating to affiliate or sister facilities as needed
• Experience working in a high-volume, multi-unit hospital setting
