Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Family Birth Place setting, supporting approximately 60+ deliveries per month
• Perform Labor and Delivery nursing duties including OR and PACU support, as well as postpartum couplet care
• Care for neonates 32 weeks gestational age and above
• Participate in call rotation, typically one 12-hour shift every six weeks, subject to change based on unit needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or compact license with authorization to practice in Colorado, in good standing
• American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
• American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
• S.T.A.B.L.E. program certification (required)
• Prior Labor and Delivery experience as a travel or staff RN

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a combined L&D, OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care environment
• Familiarity with evidence-based perinatal care practices
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced birth center setting
