Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 40 hours per week | Clinic hours 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 5x8 or 4x10 schedule considered | No call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Treat patients with orthopedic conditions and light neurological diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience treating orthopedic and/or neurological patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with orthopedic and light neuro patient management in a clinic environment
