Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | Rotating schedule: 7:00–17:30 or 10:00–20:30 as needed | 40 guaranteed hours per week | On-call required (rotating evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as RN Circulator in a diagnostic and interventional PCI environment, providing care at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation under the direction of the attending physician
• Hand off sterile supplies and maintain procedural workflow in the Cath Lab setting
• Assess and monitor patient vitals throughout procedures, including management of complex cardiac diagnoses such as AMI, NSTEMI, V-Tach, Aortic Stenosis, and Afib
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system
• Cross-train to run hemodynamics in the monitor technician role as needed; float within service line to meet facility needs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (MO or compact license required; pending MO license considered)
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, preferably in a high-volume, high-acuity setting
• Interventional scrub experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required by compliance deadline
• Experience with EPIC documentation system, Impella, and IABP
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background in a Level 1 Trauma, short-term acute care teaching facility environment
• Experience managing patients with peripheral vascular disease, endocarditis, heart failure, or sick sinus syndrome
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring in a monitor technician capacity
