Key Responsibilities

• Performs noninvasive vascular and cardiac testing according to protocols, including echocardiograms, carotid ultrasound, PVR, segmental pressures, TCPO2, TEE, resting echoes, stress echoes (dobutamine and treadmill), and venous and arterial ultrasound
• Interprets and documents procedures and reports according to established protocols
• Communicates preliminary and final reports and maintains accurate patient files
• Maintains equipment and ensures a clean work area
• Assists in training students and new employees
• Maintains CEUs and provides information as required by accreditation bodies for the lab, contributing to ongoing departmental improvement processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Echovascular Sonographer
• Must hold dual registration in both vascular and echo
• RDCS and RVT registered through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), OR RCS and RVS registered through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of travel experience preferred
