Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic workflow
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior professional experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered)
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating orthopedic patient populations
• Comfort working in a high-volume clinical environment with double-booking protocols
