Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulator roles across a high-volume operating room environment with 17 rooms and approximately 45 cases
• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care with a primary focus on neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, and/or robotic surgical procedures
• Utilize facility systems including EPIC, PYXIS, and SBAR for documentation and communication
• Participate in a minimum 36-hour orientation period, plus required EPIC training modules prior to start
• Adhere to unit protocols, staff meeting requirements, and communication board standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – NC state or Compact license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, acute operating room experience (within the last 6 months)
• Must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating
• Strong experience in at least 2 of the following specialties: neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, or robotics
• Current BLS (BCLS) certification required
• Must not have been primarily in a management role most recently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience in 3 or more of the prioritized surgical specialties: neuro/neuro spine, ortho/ortho spine, vascular, or robotics
• Familiarity with additional surgical service lines such as urology, oncology GYN, or general surgery
