Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shifts
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
• Rotate holiday coverage, working at least every other holiday as required
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate with an acceptable passing score

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical Telemetry experience
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• No open background case findings; facility does not accept any license hits
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single location
• Familiarity with electronic medication administration and cardiac monitoring systems
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the same specialty from assignments within the past 12 months
