Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients presenting with complex diagnoses including oncologic emergencies, COPD, pneumonia, ARDS, GI bleed, sepsis, pulmonary hypertension, and autoimmune disorders
• Manage and monitor patients on mechanical ventilation, arterial pressure monitoring, cardiac monitoring, and pulmonary artery cathetersli>Administer chemotherapy, complex medication regimens, and support clinical trials as indicated
• Assist with and monitor patients undergoing CRRT, plasmapheresis, chest tube management, and central venous catheter care
• Support patients requiring bronchoscopy or endoscopy procedures related to underlying pulmonary and gastrointestinal conditions
• Accurately document all patient care activities using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilators and IV starts required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for hemodynamically compromised patients in a high-acuity medical ICU setting
• Familiarity with oncologic treatment protocols and associated emergencies
• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
