• Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Float to other OSU-affiliated hospitals as needed within the hospital system.
• Manage patient ratios approximately 1:3-4.
• Follow protocols requiring IV starts, Tele units, and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
• Complete required fingerprinting and credentialing processes prior to start date.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or compact license as an RN.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and Telemetry experience.
• Willingness to float between units and hospitals as needed.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and credentialing within designated timelines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or agency nursing experience.
• Experience working in a hospital environment with high-acuity patients.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems.
