Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Some Weekend Shifts Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients including active management of labor, induction, and augmentation
• Monitor and manage high-risk antepartum patients including those with pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and multiple gestations
• Support VBAC/TOLAC patients and respond to maternal emergencies
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 for Labor and 1:3 for Antepartum
• Float between units as needed within the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Experience in acute care high-risk Labor and Delivery
• Proficiency in antepartum care, pre-eclampsia management, and maternal emergency response
• Ability to work night shifts including some weekend shifts
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with VBAC/TOLAC patient management
• Background working with high-risk obstetric populations including multiples and diabetic patients
• Familiarity with completing onboarding compliance modules independently prior to start
