Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 48 Hours Per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Orthopedic unit within a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with team nursing ratios as directed by unit management
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility compliance, floating, and scheduling policies including potential float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical or Orthopedic nursing experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• At least one prior completed travel nursing assignment required
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (strict local traveler policy)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent relevant nursing experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted; BSN not required for this position
