Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting at a Short-Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levelsFloat between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required
• Adhere to all facility compliance, credentialing, and scheduling requirements throughout the assignment
• Be available to work up to 48 hours per week and cover applicable holidays per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience (strictly enforced); first-time travelers accepted only with 3+ years of recent ER experience
• At least one prior completed travel assignment required
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial submission; RTO submitted after an offer will not be honored

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3+ years of recent Emergency Room or travel nursing experience
• Experience in a large hospital environment
• EPIC electronic health records experience
