Job Title

• Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage across various intensive care units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU.
• Deliver high-quality patient care based on unit needs and patient acuity.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage ventilator support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Valid CPR/BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management.
• Current Ohio or compact state nursing license.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or float nursing experience highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different ICU environments and patient needs.
