Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across assigned units, with flexibility to float internally between departments as needed
• Deliver specialized care in a Level 3 NICU environment, including management of critically ill neonatal patients
• Operate and manage advanced ventilation equipment including Nitric Oxide, Jet ventilation, and Oscillator ventilation
• Adapt to variable shift scheduling while maintaining consistent, high-quality patient care
• Follow campus acuity-based patient ratios and adhere to all unit protocols and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Demonstrated Level 3 NICU experience
• Competency in Nitric Oxide, Jet ventilation, and Oscillator ventilation
• Ability to float internally between departments and maintain scheduling flexibility
• Availability to work every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience in a respiratory therapy role
• Experience working in high-acuity hospital environments with variable census and staffing demands
