Contract | Days (3x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility standards and protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plansFloat to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Complete required facility orientation modules prior to start and annually thereafter
• Adhere to contracted schedule, including holiday commitments (must work 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (may include Charge RNs or Leads)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with travel contract expectations, including floating and holiday scheduling flexibility
