Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite | 80 hours per pay period (alternating 44-hour and 36-hour weeks) | Every other weekend and every other holiday required | Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, with a primary focus on residents with dementia diagnoses
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Utilize EMR (Matrix) and paper flowsheets to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across a two-story, 43-bed facility
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with occasional 8-hour shifts
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Familiarity with dementia patient care and related clinical protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience using Matrix EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
• Previous travel or contract nursing experience in a LTC or SNF setting
• Comfort working in a smaller, community-based facility environment
