Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor perfusion equipment during pediatric and adult cardiovascular surgeries
• Ensure patient stability and safety throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team to assist with complex perfusion techniques
• Stay vigilant to respond to any intraoperative perfusion issues
• Cover call responsibilities as scheduled, including nights after shifts, until cases are completed
Required Qualifications
• Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credential by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion
• Tennessee licensure (or applicable license in the state)
• Minimum 2 years of recent perfusion experience, with at least 1 prior travel assignment preferred
• Ability to work 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift, with flexibility for on-call duties
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Pediatric perfusion experience highly preferred
• Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
