• Full-time, Days shift, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general patient population.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, with double booking of follow-up visits.
• Achieve a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Work a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with potential to work up to 40 hours pending approval of overtime.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required.
• Ensure compliance with all therapy standards and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high patient volume.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.
• Recent graduates will be considered.
• Experience working with general outpatient populations.
