Contract | Rotating Shifts | Day (3x12 Hours, 7:00–19:30) / Night (3x12 Hours, 19:00–7:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility standards and nursing best practices
• Work rotating day and night shifts as assigned, including every other holiday
• Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Complete all required pre-start orientation modules prior to entering the facility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
• Current AHA-issued BLS certification (and any specialty-specific certifications as required)
• Ability to complete fingerprinting, drug screen, and required labs within 24–48 hours of signing
• Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities as needed
• All background concerns must be disclosed prior to submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
