Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care for outpatient physical therapy cases including orthopedics, balance, deconditioning, and pain management
• Gather relevant data from patient charts and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed
• Conduct independent patient evaluations and recognize additional care needs during assessment
• Interpret test results and develop measurable, realistic treatment goals
• Reassess patient progress regularly, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards
• Communicate with patients and their families regarding equipment and treatment plans

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in TX or current license in a compact state
• BLS certification (AHA only)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient therapy experience highly preferred, particularly with orthopedic, balance, and pain management cases
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
