Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Projected Start: August 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 16-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a maximum patient ratio of 6:1
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertion, urinary catheter insertion and maintenance, and central line maintenance
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
• Document all patient care activities and clinical findings in the electronic health record (Meditech EMR)
• Communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Float to other Med/Surg units as needed and participate in rotating weekend coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of acute Medical/Surgical experience within the last year
• Demonstrated ability to manage a patient load of 4–6 patients simultaneously
• Proficiency with standard nursing equipment and electronic health record systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of acute Medical/Surgical experience within the last year
• Background in orthopedics, neurosurgery, or Medical/Surgical Telemetry
