Contract | Nights (19:00–07:00) | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit during overnight shifts
- Monitor and assess patients requiring an intermediate level of care between ICU and general medical-surgical floors
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of PCU, IMC, or Stepdown nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Experience in a fast-paced acute care or progressive care environment
