Full-time, 13-week assignment, Days shift (Monday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy services, including some visits in assisted living facilities (~20%)
- Conduct home-care and home-based therapy sessions, ensuring quality care and compliance
- Attend daily stand-up meetings at 8:30 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Document patient progress using Wellsky charting system
- Complete approximately 50-75 miles of travel weekly within a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Work with a caseload ratio of 6-7 patients per day
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current occupational therapy license with at least 2 years of recent licensed OT experience
- Recent completion of at least one travel assignment in homecare or home-based therapy
- Current BLS and First Aid certifications
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots (medical or religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis, with weekly testing if applicable)
- Ability to reliably attend early morning meetings and travel within specified radius
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with outpatient populations in assisted living or homecare settings
- Strong documentation skills using Wellsky or similar EHR systems
- Adaptability to travel and flexible scheduling
