Job Title
• Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location
• Newington, CT

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7AM-7PM, with 2 shifts extending until 7PM

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress

Required Qualifications
• Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist license prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic therapy experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings
• Strong patient communication and assessment skills
